Q: How long does it take to receive my bag after placing an order?

A: Timeframes are listed under each product. Please understand everything is made-to-order by one designer. Typically it can take 1- 2 weeks before shipping, sometimes sooner.

Q: Do you really make all these items in your shop?

A: Yes. Everything is designed & constructed by Denysee of Nola & Eve. Each piece is individually made by hand. At this time, there are no manufacturers involved and no outside assistance. 

Q. Do you allow returns?

A. Due to the nature of our made to order pieces, we do not accept returns. However, we will gladly repair or replace your item should there be an issue. Simply contact us within 30 days from receipt of delivery.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please see our refund policy for more detail.

Q: How is shipping determined?

A: All orders over $150 receive free domestic first class USPS shipping. Orders below $150 will be charged a flat rate of $8.

Q: Can I get a discount?

A: For any promotions or specials, subscribe to the Nola & Eve newsletter for updates, follow the brand via social media for any possible 'day- of' perks.
