Refund policy
Nola and Eve will gladly offer a store credit for the return of any merchandise within 20 days after receipt of the item(s). We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired style once your store credit is issued. The shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the issued store credit. Therefore, your store credit will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only. Discounted items are non-returnable.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.Complete our Return Form by clicking on the link below.
2.Mail the items you wish to return back to the address provided on the top of the return form within 20 days of receipt of the item(s). **Item(s) returned after 20 days of receipt or show evidence of wear will be destroyed and not returned or exchanged. ** You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs to return your item(s). This includes the shipping cost to return the item(s) to the return address, as well as the shipping costs for shipment of the new item(s).
3.Once your return is processed, we will issue you a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days. Your store credit will be in the amount of the purchased price of the returned item(s) only.
Please package the item(s) being returned in the original packaging along with the return form. Nola and Eve has the right to deny the return of any item(s) that appear worn, washed, or do not have the original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, fragrance, and deodorant.
