How long until my bag arrives?
Every bag is handmade in small batches, so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Personalized pieces, like our Mood Suede clutch with custom text, take 6-10 business days to make. Once it leaves us, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 2-8 business days, and Canada and Mexico typically take 5-8 business days. Additional delivery speeds are available at checkout. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships.
Who makes your bags?
Nola & Eve bags are designed by our founder, Denysee Kelly, in Houston, and handmade in small batches. Denysee makes many of them herself, and we partner with Fabric Forge, a Houston nonprofit that trains and employs women who need flexible work, to make the rest. Every bag is made to Denysee's designs and quality standards.
What are the bags made of?
Premium, globally inspired textiles, including rich brocades, luxe satins, faux suedes, and faux leathers, finished with structured frames and thoughtful interiors.
Can I return my bag?
Because each bag is handmade in small batches, we don't accept returns for change of mind. We do stand behind our work. If something isn't right, such as a construction issue, hardware defect, or transit damage, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll repair or replace it. Is shipping free?
Yes, on U.S. orders over $99, which includes every handbag. U.S. orders under $99 start at $5.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders to Canada and Mexico over $99 ship for a flat $15. For all other destinations, you'll see your shipping options and rates at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country may apply and are the recipient's responsibility. Our repair and replacement guarantee covers international orders too.
Do you run sales?
We make in small batches, on purpose, so we don't discount constantly. The best way to hear about new collections and special offers first is to join our newsletter, and our social channels sometimes carry day-of perks.
